I purchased a used 2013 Ridgeline from Nick Giglione on May 15, 2017. His professionalism and friendly manner started from my first phone inquiry; and my family were further impressed driving into the dealership and meeting him in person. I brought my car into your Sterling Honda dealership for an oil change yesterday. My appointment was for 10:15 but dropped it off at 9am because I needed to be somewhere. I was greeted by a young lady, not sure of her name but she was very pleasent. We did a little bit of paper work and l let her know that I was obviously really early and had to leave my car but would be back later. She said she was fine with that and let me know that they would need about 90mins with my car due to another customers appointment scheduled before mine. I was ok with that. Waiting for my ride to pick me up, I sat in the lounge area for only about 20mins before my ride arrived…while walking towards the door, I was approached by the lady who did my paper work. She told me that she was just finishing and would be able to take my car. I stood there SHOCKED! My car was ready and had the car wash done also! I was so amazed to say the least. I wish I remembered the young ladys name by the entrance because she was so warm and professional. With her and the quick service I received from the service dept, I will 100% be returning and have let others know how amazing the experience was. So thank you to everyone and especially the lovely young lady at the entrance desk.

“Trusted Service at Sterling”
My oil reading in my car was at 20% so I called Sterling Service to see what else I needed to do in addition to an oil change. It appeared that I may need a B Service. Fernando recommended that we do an oil change only as he checked his computer for prior services that I already had completed. I trust the service at Sterling and I trust the service reps. I am confident that my car is taken care of for what it needs when I bring it in. If I purchase another car in future, it will be a Honda Civic again, and I will purchase it from Sterling. I purchased my 2006 Accord new from Sterling Honda, and have had my car serviced here since day one. The quality and reliability of the car is excellent and so has my experience been with the people in the service department. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and professionally at each visit. With over 330,000 km on my Accord, it still seems like the quality and reliability of my Accord is going strong and I plan to continue trusting the service of my car to the service department and staff at Sterling Honda.

Your service department is AMAZING…AMAZING….AMAZING !!!! My son had to have the car towed to Sterling the night before as he was hearing a loud noise on his trip home to Brantford. When I arrived home I set up an appointment on line at 3:00 a.m. Amazing what technology can do to make life easier. By 8:30 a.m the next morning Sterling Honda service called us that our car was done and ready to be picked up. As a parent and as a continued Sterling Honda customer (we also bought our 2015 Honda there as well) I feel like family at the dealership and rest assured that our cars are fixed properly. Customer service reps are always friendly and are patient to answer any questions if I have any. I would not buy or take my current cars to any other Honda dealership. A shout out to James as well who sold us both of our cars and always knows our names when he sees us and greets us in a friendly, welcoming manner. You have employees who are priceless and who are the catalyst to why customers, especially my family to keep coming back.

I would like to take the time to say how pleased I am at the level of service that I have received. I have been very impressed with the sales team all the way to Ashley Small in the financing department. John has taken much of his time in dealing with me and I have bugged him on numerous occasions and every time he has answered my questions to the best of his ability and if he didn’t know something he was quick to get me a response. John has been very understanding and patient with us and I can’t express deeply enough how grateful I am in dealing with someone so patient and understanding when making such a big purchase. He has even gone as far as to take me home to pick up my keys when he was already late for a personal event. John has never expressed displeasure, sarcasm or any negative attitude, or comment when speaking with us. John is a very good salesman and his level of patience and professionalism is exemplary and commendable. Due to my experience I will be back to Sterling Honda for future purchases.

I generally find financing situations uncomfortable at best and Ashley provided service in a manner that was unlike any I have EVER experienced before. We had been hesitant to return to Sterling and thought we should shop around however, going forward we wouldn’t think twice.
